Widget Fever... OOPS!

I've got Widget Fever.
(maybe not called a widget, but a button with a code)

I want a widget for my blog!
You know, so if anyone wants to send people here there will be an easy way to do it?
Or so I can trade widgets?
Or whatever you do with them?

Something that represents my blog, represents 'me'. =)

Any advise?

Pros, cons?

What sites have some of you used to make yours?

I'm thinking maybe this pic ?

Please, help, before I go bonkers!

Not really going bonkers, Just trying to make you smile. =)

Have a super day!!

blessings

I think that picture represents your blog very well -- I also think that another picture would be that of the miniature tea-bag roses. But I'm not sure what you mean by widget. Are you talking about a button with a code? I hope you're feeling better, Barbara Jean!

Hi Barbara Jean! Thank you so much for your sweet comment about the blog design I did for Lady Pamela.
I would love to help you with your Blog button with code. I could get it done for you pretty quickly. Drop me an email if you are interested. :)

Love that little pic, it's so evocative. As you can see, I love cobalt blue and I chose blue glass for my widget theme. My blog header is LOADED with my cobalt blue glass projects and my personal pic is a closeup. You can spot me in any crowd of followers and commenters by the bright blue glass, and that's why I picked it. Here's to success with your blog!

Barbara,

You just came by and left a comment on my crackle paint post and asked some questions....so as to leaving the headboard outside, and using this finish on garden signs, you MUST seal the finished project with a good waterproofing sealer. Several coats if necessary. For my small garden signs I use 4 or 5 coats clear acrylic spray and I renew it annually. For signs I've done to sell, I use marine grade spar varnish. It yellows a bit but it is absolutely waterproof. I would think a good polyurethane sealer made for outdoor use (think deck sealant) would work. Hope that helps! I'm playing catch up online this morning so you caught me at my desk. Regards!
